CNC Machining Materials: Steel, Aluminum, Plastics, Brass, Copper, and Stainless Steel.
We have experience working with a variety of materials.
Working with different types of material presents a number of obstacles in CNC machining. To be able to machine parts out of various metals and polymers need decades of experience, we have that experience. The success of any project we get from a client relies on careful planning. Although some people falsely believe that because some materials, such as plastic, are softer than steel, they must be easier to work with. When you have to hold very tight tolerances and work with very few pieces, it’s challenging.
We also have good working relationships with a variety of vendors, allowing us to meet our clients’ objectives fast and on budget. Many of our suppliers have also been with us for many years.
